The state municipal state enterprise "Polytechnic College of Chundzha"State institution " Department of Education region of Almaty”.

In 1959 in the village named of Ketpen of the District of Uighur by presidium decree, The Supreme Council of Kazakh USSR on base station to repairs the technic organized as a course for training of machine operators. In 1963 converted to rural profession college number 144 and replaced to Chundzha. In 1980 converted to middle professional technic college number 9. In 1998 converted into professional technic school number 9. In 2003 converted into professional school number 9, in 2008 into professional lyceum number 9. By resolution  with mayor of Almaty region for number 138 from 15th 2013 year reorganized into State municipal state of enterprise “ Polytechnic college of Chunzha”.
